2023 Census Situation room and Call Center

The situation room for the 2023 Population and Housing Census provides an avenue for validation and analysis of real-time census data as well as dissemination of information on major developments and events relating to the conduct of the Census.

The call center provides an interface between the public and the National Population Commission. Members of the public are welcomed to make inquiries on any aspects of the 2023 Population and Housing Census.

The Commission also set-up a well-equipped Situation Room to coordinate the management of the 2023 Population and Housing Census. The Situation Room is fitted to serve as an important avenue for census information management, providing a platform to monitor and deal with developing issues around the successful conduct of the exercise.

Also, The Commission has set up a Census Call Centre (CCC) for the 2023 PHC. The call centre serves as a hub of communication for information flow from and to fieldworker, Census Management, partners, and very importantly, the public. The CCC is well equipped and was manned throughout the Trial Census and Trial Post Enumeration Survey and will run though the Main Census exercise.
